William Gage Article
Glasgow man William Gage was jailed for allegedly murdering another criminal associate. The jury were led to believe that gage was adequately identified by his distinctive eyes - he was wearing a covering on his face at the time - and through the use of court-based 'Dock Identification'. I felt both instances were open to serious doubt and explained why in this article as well as explaining the situation in an accompanying BBC documentary. Gage remains in prison.
